Right here on the farm at 34 Mont Rosa Road, Cut Hill Wall Distillery makes small-batch single malt whisky, aged in a range of casks. Head Distiller Brad Rehn also crafts Lost Phoenix Spirits, our own range of gin, vodka and whisky. The gin is made with native botanicals picked here on the farm.

Drop in for a tasting among the barrels, take a bottle home, or settle in with a drink before or after lunch.
