34 Mont Rosa Road, Hindmarsh Valley SA 5211, on the Fleurieu Peninsula. We're about 10 minutes from Victor Harbor and around an hour's drive south of Adelaide.

What are your opening hours?

The restaurant is open Wednesday to Sunday, 11:30am–5pm, and until 9pm on Saturdays. The Spirit Door is open Wednesday to Sunday, 12:30pm–4:30pm. We're open most public holidays, except over Christmas and on New Year's Day. See our Contact page for festive season hours.

What's the safest way to drive in?

Come in via Hindmarsh Tiers Rd, then onto Mont Rosa Rd. The Victor Harbor Rd entrance is concealed and comes up suddenly, so we recommend leaving the same way. Mont Rosa Rd is loose gravel, so please drive slowly.

Yes, there's plenty of free parking on the farm. All cars need to leave the car park overnight.

We recommend booking, especially on weekends. You can book a table online through our website.

Why do you take card details when I book?

A holding fee is placed on your card to secure your booking. Nothing is charged if you arrive as booked. If you cancel within 24 hours of your booking or don't show, the fee is charged. If something comes up that's out of your control, please email us and we'll do what we can to help.

Are there surcharges?

A 10% surcharge applies to all bills on Sundays, and a 20% surcharge on public holidays.

Can you split the bill?

We can split the bill evenly, but we're unable to itemise it.

Can I bring my own wine?

We're fully licensed. BYO wine is welcome with a $25 per bottle corkage charge, maximum one bottle per two people.

What kind of food do you serve?

Seasonal shared plates from Head Chef Bridget Corver. The menu changes with the seasons and is designed to share, alongside local and international wines, beers and cocktails, and our own Lost Phoenix Spirits.

Can I do a whisky or gin tasting?

Yes. The Spirit Door, next to the restaurant, pours single malt whisky from Cut Hill Wall Distillery and gin, vodka and whisky from Lost Phoenix Spirits. It's open Wednesday to Sunday, 12:30pm–4:30pm.

Is Lost Phoenix Farm dog-friendly?

Yes, on our front lawn. When booking, choose the seating area "Along the front lawn". Dogs aren't permitted in the main dining room or on the verandah, and must be kept on a lead.

Is it good for kids and families?

Yes. Two large lawns next to the restaurant give kids room to play. We're on an open rural property, so please stay within the restaurant and lawn areas and keep an eye on children at all times.

Is the venue accessible?

Can you take large groups?

Yes. We host groups of 8 to 30 guests. The whole table enjoys our Chef's Shared Menu, and dietary requirements can be accommodated. You can book online.
